DoyKey provides a data anonymization and transformation platform that enables businesses to create safe, realistic test data from sensitive production data. Our services include data processing, storage, and collaboration tools.

Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Data Processing

You retain all rights to the data you upload to our platform. By using our services, you grant us the right to process your data as necessary to provide our services. We process data according to our Data Processing Agreement and applicable privacy laws.

Payment Terms

Fees for our services are described on our pricing page. Payment terms include:

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as stated otherwise
  • We may change our fees with 30 days notice
  • Late payments may result in service suspension

Intellectual Property

The DoyKey platform, including all software, content, and trademarks, is owned by DoyKey Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoyKey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. We may retain your data as required by law or legitimate business purposes.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
